Details are being added as they become available. We are currently taking applications for vendors. We have approximately 10×10 spaces for vendor set up. The fee is $50 per vendor for the whole day (open at 9:00 AM close at 5:00 PM). We offer up to two spots free for non profits, please indicate in your application if you are a non profit and we will contact you for more details. If you would like to apply for a vendor spot, please fill out the form below. We will notify you promptly if you are accepted to the fair.

Every year in Nepal, there’s a day when dogs take center stage. They’re showered with flowers, food, and affection — not just by their owners, but by everyone. This beautiful celebration is called Kukur Tihar, a festival that honors the loyalty and friendship of dogs. Read more about the origin of the festival here. As a bookshop that loves dogs, The Brown Dog Bookshop is bringing the festival to Kennesaw this November!
We will have two parades of honored dogs. One at 10:00 AM and one at 3:00 PM. Each dog will receive a ring of flowers, a red tika made of dog safe powder, and a treat. Dogs will then walk a short path for on lookers to thank them and honor them. A walker and one dog is $10, a walker and two dogs is $15. A walker may have no more than 2 dogs. A portion of proceeds will go to a chosen animal rescue organization. Adoptable dogs from verifiable rescue organizations will parade for free!
Enroll your dog (s) to walk in the parade of dogs (max 2 dogs per walker). They will receive a lei, a dog treat, and a red tika smudge(dog safe powder) to honor them for what they give to the world. They will parade starting at 9:00 am (location TBD). Part of every registration will be given to a chosen dog rescue organization.
If you are a rescue or foster, the application is free. Please bring information about adoptable dogs and an adoptable dog wearable.
