We have several spaces available for groups up to 30 people, depending on the event. Basic rental fees apply and will depend on the event, timing, set-up and any expected sales. The following packages are available, but can be tailored to your group’s specific needs. Contact us!

Party Package - $100

• 2 hours party time, plus 15 minutes setup/15 minutes cleanup before and after (2.5 hours total reservation time)

• Conference Table, 8 dining chairs, plus additional folding chairs available upon request

• Smart TV, wifi, cabinet

• 10 Brown Dog Bookshop coupons (10% off)

• A Social Media post honoring your occasion

Meeting Package - $50

• 1 hour meeting time, plus 15 minutes setup/15 minutes cleanup before and after (1.5 hours total reservation time)

• Conference Table, 8 dining chairs, plus additional folding chairs available upon request

• Coffee-filled urn, 2-gallon water urn, cups, cream and sugar

• SmartTV, wifi, cabinet and whiteboard with markers

Book Club Package - $50 (or $100 pre-paid purchase of books)

• 1.5 hours book club time, plus 15 minutes setup/15 minutes cleanup before and after (2 hours total reservation time)

• Conference Table, 8 dining chairs, plus additional folding chairs available upon request

• Coffee-filled urn, 2-gallon Water urn, cups, cream, sugar, bookish napkins

• SmartTV, wifi, cabinet and whiteboard with markers

• Specialized link to purchase your book choice through either in-store pickup, shipping to purchaser’s home, or audio version (all dependent on availability)
  

Listed rates are for the whole event taking place during store open hours; all rates are double for any part of the event occurring outside of store opening hours.
